From Waterfalls to Baseballs

Day 7: Niagara Falls, ON to Cooperstown, NY
Route: Niagara Falls, ON - Meadowlark Inn, east Springfield, NY - Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown, NY
Miles Traveled: 270 miles

Back in the good ol' USA...

The girls loved practicing funny faces and showing different expressions.
We have a series of sad, happy, mad, sleepy, etc. pictures. Not sure what this one
was supposed to be but they both seem to be enjoying themselves :)
We made it to our hotel...

Super cute place owned by a very nice family!

We had to include a photo of their birdbath...
Grandpa Russo, this is for you :)

On to Cooperstown!

We did a bit of shopping and had an italian ice
before heading over to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Daddy and the girls in front of the Hall of Fame

Two baseball fans...

"Wow, wish I could do that!"

Mommy's Team:
The St. Louis Cardinals (That's right, the 2011 World Series Champs!)

Daddy's Team:
The Milwaukee Brewers (That's right the team who is famous for sausage races!)

Okay, so they've had 1 or 2 decent players :)
Having a slice after our trip to the Hall of Fame...

Yummy!
Today's Activities:  Another yummy breakfast in Niagara Falls, A last look at the falls, A trip across Rainbow Bridge back to the USA, A refreshing italian ice in Cooperstown, A visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame (where we saw LOTS of Cardinal memorabilia and were reminded that the Brewers are one of the few teams in baseball who have never won the World Series :), A slice for dinner (one of 2 restaurants actually opened at 9pm when we left the Hall of Fame...Cooperstown is definitely an early to bed kind of town), A restful night at the cute Meadowlark Inn.
